Freed is extremely passionate in the belief that CBD should be available to everyone, which is why it offers assistance programs for veterans and individuals on long-term disability, providing discounts of 50% (off retail pricing) to those who qualify. Below, you’ll find the instructions to submit the necessary documents to confirm your account is eligible for a discount.

Requirements

For long-term disability, we require either proof from a physician, or a disability income acceptance letter. This document must be confirmed by a medical doctor or government agency. This includes a signed letter from a doctor, hospital, or government agency; SSDI income award letter; or a direct deposit check.

For veterans, please submit a copy of your DD-214, state issued ID with veteran endorsement, VA card, or military service records.

For low income, please provide a copy of your tax return for the previous year – feel free to censor your Social Security Number. Your yearly taxes must show that your income is below the federal poverty level. Along with a copy of your tax return, you can provide a copy of your EBT card, Medicaid card, or SSI awarding letter.
