Are you planning on taking a trip across the world in the near future, especially now that COVID restrictions have started to let up?  If so, it’s important to make sure that your destination has a friendly attitude toward hemp vaping. Believe it or not, there are countries around the world where vaping is banned and subject to legal consequences.  Of course, if you’re an avid hemp vaper, you’ll want to avoid countries in which this activity is illegal in order to avoid criminal punishment.

Good news is that there are a lot of countries in which CBD vaping is perfectly legal.  In fact, a handful of countries are actually more friendly toward vapers than what we’re used to in the United States.

  • Thailand’s vaping laws are notoriously strict.  Those who are caught vaping can be jailed for up to ten years.
  • Similarly strict laws also exist in Cambodia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Lebanon.
  • In Egypt, vaping is banned.  While the laws aren’t as strict, you still might have to pay a hefty fine if you’re caught with a device in your hands.
  • Only South Africa has legally authorized CBD.  For other African countries/nations, the lack of laws as it pertains to the hemp plant seem to be prohibited there.
